What do I get for free?
Free accounts include the dashboard map, current readiness scores, city rankings, and basic market overviews. The score is free — the intelligence behind the score is paid.
What happens to early signups?
Users who signed up before launch are grandfathered into Pro access through December 31, 2026 at no cost.
What's included in the API?
RESTful access to readiness scores, factor breakdowns, corridor data, and historical snapshots. Rate limits vary by tier. Full documentation will be available at launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions will be month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans offer a discount.
