FAA Issues NPRM for eVTOL Noise Standards

The FAA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking establishing noise certification standards for eVTOL aircraft operating in urban environments. Comments are open through May 2026. The standards would apply to all Part 36 type certificates.
