No data
No FAA obstacle data on file for this state. Clearance unverified.
Geometry
Requires 70 feet of expansion
Recorded pad side 30 ft against a 100 ft eVTOL FATO.
Structural FATO
Unverified
The full 100 × 100 ft FATO must be load-bearing. The FAA does not record structural capacity, so no record can confirm it.
Overall
Unverified
No obstruction data on file. The dimensional gap applies; clearance is unverified.
100 ft · eVTOL FATO30 ft
The recorded pad is 70 ft short of the 100 ft footprint an eVTOL would need — shown to scale.

Recorded pad (limiting side)
30 ft
eVTOL FATO required
100 ft
FAA EB-105 vertiport pattern — 2× a ~50 ft eVTOL controlling dimension, plus a 125 ft safety-area side.
Load-bearing FATO
100 × 100 ft must be structural
No heliport precedent — typically the binding gate for rooftop and hospital pads.

Measured against FAA pad geometry and federal FATO sizing (EB-105). The obstruction screen is the only reading the engine verdict rests on; geometry and structural capacity are stated separately and never folded into it. A dimensional pre-screen — site-level validation required, and independent of the underwriting risk score.

Other · 0 ft AGL — Proposal to change Clear Lake Heliport from private use to public use. Existing heliport consists of two helipads. Helipad number 1 has a 30' x 30' turf touchdown area and was originally studied under Airspace Case No. 95-AGL-461-NRA. Helipad number 2 has a 30' x 30' touchdown area and was originally studied under Airspace Case No. 00-AGL-0456-NRA. This case will be circularized for public comment. It appears that both helipads meet current design criteria when utilized in accordance with the airspace determinations. A lighted wind sock and lights for the east pad are provided. ADO has no objection with provisions. Please see hard copy for additional details.

Obstructions, exact FATO geometry, surface condition, and downwash exposure require a physical Ground Truth capture — not shown above as measured. A field verification completes the record and writes the measured truth to this facility’s authority.
